Brian Kochendorfer is a general and limited partner in over 800 apartment units throughout the Midwest. Living in Chicago, Brian has over 13 years experience as a commercial real estate broker and has been involved in over $600 million in real estate transactions throughout his career, primarily in the multifamily sector. Brian started investing passively in 2017, and in 2018 formed Arc Equity Group, LLC to focus on acquiring properties as a general partner. He has since closed on 3 multifamily properties, including a 100-unit complex in Northwest Indiana.
