About Garrison

Garrison has been buying real estate full time since 2001 and has an extensive background in single family, nonperforming notes, as well as apartment buildings. He is also a multifamily real estate coach for one of the biggest names in the industry and has had the opportunity to speak at some of the largest real estate conferences across the country. His philosophy has always been to provide as much value as possible while growing his network and growing his real estate holdings. Garrison has won numerous real estate awards and was nominated as multifamily investor of the year in 2018 by Think Realty Magazine. He also has a nonprofit in which he teaches single moms how to invest in real estate which is dedicated to his mother.
