Ali Choucri
Ali Choucri is the managing principal of Argand Realty Capital, a boutique capital advisory firm serving the U.S. commercial real estate middle market. The company's core competencies are: Equity Capital Introductions, Affiliate Lending, Syndications and Underwriting Services. Ali is also a licensed partner and broker with Engel & Volkers in Boston. With his partners, Ali manages the Engel & Volkers office in Watertown, Massachusetts. Engel & Volkers specializes in luxury residential properties and investment sales in Greater Boston. Services include seller representation, buyer representation, developments and investment advisory services.
Ali has over 15 years experience in commercial real estate and finance. In the United States, he has advised on over $50M of real estate transactions since 2018. In his previous roles, he worked on international M&A transaction teams with total volume in excess of $200M. Ali is on the board of directors for HC Securities & Investment, a Middle Eastern investment bank with offices in Cairo & Dubai, and is the firm liaison for U.S. deal sourcing. He earned his degree in English Literature from Seattle University, and his MBA from Northeastern University. He earned a certificate of real estate finance and development from MIT, and holds a Massachussetes real estate salesperson license. Ali is active with several nonprofits in Greater Boston, including Friends of the Children, and Heading Home Foundation.

Francis Gooding-Silverwood
Francis Gooding-Silverwood is a recent graduate of Simmons University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She is an LLC managing member of a 110 unit affordable housing community in Arlington, Virginia. Francis is currently interning with the brokerage firm, Engel & Völker’s East Group in Boston, Massachusetts where she has gained experience in underwriting and sale comparability studies. Francis is passionate about commercial real estate, with a focus on multifamily affordable and mixed-income housing development.
