From running a complex teams of software engineers and or contractors/builders, being a make it happen type of person who can work on a tight budget and never forgetting that adding value is truly what people/investors want and expect. My current mission is a multifamily syndication built to generate passive income for investors while also providing residents with professional, courteous, and timely service that exceeds their expectations and having an understanding the markets being invested in and and its dynamics. In 2016 I formed an LLC in New Jersey and started acquiring small undervalued multifamily houses and turned them into fully renovated homes with an average yearly CoC (Cash on Cash) return of 11% and an IRR (Internal Rate of Return) of 20% with a current portfolio value of 4.0M. I Conducted financial analysis of all properties acquired including: cash flow analysis, expenses analysis, cap rate and future equity appreciation. Responsible for bookkeeping, receipts management, invoice management, cash flow management, financial statements preparation (income statements, P/L statements, etc.) for eventual tax document preparation to accountants.
