Jonathan Twombly

Jonathan Twombly is a lawyer-turned-real estate investor. He spent 12 years as a Wall Street litigator, the last half of which he spent representing hotel owners in disputes with the national hotel chains. In 2013, after leaving law and burning the boats, he formed Two Bridges Asset Management LLC to focus on syndication, building a 400+ unit portfolio in South Carolina. Since selling those properties, he has co-GPed on approximately $250,000,000 worth of multifamily deals. He recently syndicated the purchase of a tourist hotel in the Finger Lakes area of New York State, which he is renovating and using as the starting point for a hotel brand, the Laurel Hotels. Two Bridges is a joint-venture partner with a publicly traded Japanese conglomerate, Marubeni Corporation, to source and asset-manage multifamily properties in New York and Texas. Finally, Jonathan hosts the Apartment Investors Club Podcast, and runs a multifamily investment mentorship program under the AIC label.
